10 Quality Studio S.R.L. (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Facebook App n8n 10 Quality that integrates with n8n for automated posting to Facebook and Instagram and for customer messaging services (the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect information when you use our Service in connection with the Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
1. Information We Collect We only collect information through the Meta Graph API and related APIs based on the permissions you explicitly grant to our App. This may include:
- Basic user and Page profile information (name, profile picture, email, username).
- Page and Instagram account management permissions (to read engagement and publish posts).
- Content and media you authorize us to post automatically.
- Messages and conversations with your customers through Messenger or Instagram Direct (pages_messaging / instagram_manage_messages).
- Interaction and engagement data necessary for automation.
We do not collect, store or process any data beyond what is strictly necessary for the automated posting and messaging features you have requested. n8n handles the workflow logic; our App only obtains and passes the required access tokens and data to your n8n instance.
2. How We Use the Information
- To authenticate your Facebook/Instagram accounts with n8n.
- To enable automated publishing of posts and stories.
- To read, send or automate responses to customer messages.
- To provide you with the Service and improve its functionality.
- To comply with legal obligations and Meta Platform Terms.
3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
- With n8n: Data and access tokens are shared only with the n8n instance(s) you configure.
- With Meta: As required by the Graph API to provide the Service.
- Service providers: Only with trusted processors (hosting, logging) under strict data-processing agreements.
- We do not sell your data or the data of your customers to any third party.
- We may disclose information if required by law, court order or to protect rights and safety.
4. Data Storage and Security Access tokens are stored encrypted and are revocable by you at any time through Facebook settings. We do not store message content or post history on our servers unless you explicitly request it as part of a paid service. All data is transmitted using TLS 1.3 encryption.
5. Data Retention We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. Once you revoke permissions or delete your account, we delete associated tokens within 30 days.
6. Your Rights
- Revoke any permission at any time in your Facebook account settings.
- Request access, correction or deletion of your data by contacting us.
- Object to processing or request data portability (where applicable under GDPR/CCPA).
7. Children’s Privacy Our Service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Changes to this Privacy Policy We may update this policy. Significant changes will be notified via email or through the App’s Facebook page.
